Most parenting systems begin with what’s wrong or what needs to be fixed, but, Ayurveda begins with something drastically different—Prakriti: a child’s sacred blueprint and the architecture of their body, mind, and energy before it was conditioned, misread, or disrupted.

Knowing your child’s prakriti means learning how their system was designed to thrive; and not just in theory, but in rhythm, nourishment, relational pacing, and sensory need. It tells you what kind of sleep they need, how they learn best, how they metabolize emotion, what calms their system, what inflames it, and what conditions restore their glow.

When you know their prakriti, you stop trying to mold them into something else, and begin shaping the environment to meet who they already are.
